Personality: Marianne is a born werewolf, her personality is one that makes her easy to get along with, but her trust is hard to gain and very easy to lose. Its an instinctive thing as most of her clan has been scattered across the globe. Shes at home in a crowd of people, but at the same time, she sits in the shadows watching the others. Shes very quiet and calm, rarely losing her temper and rarely does she feel like actually speaking to people, she’ll observe and watch, always careful to keep an eye out for anyone who resembles ‘hunter’.

Personal History:
Marianne’s wolf pack descends from the great wolves of ancient past. The wolves that people often feared in ancient Ireland. The abilities of the changing wolves, at least in her clan, were given to them by Herne the Hunter. Marianne was born to Marcus and Regina O’Connell in the year of 1809. They were still living within the hills of Ireland at this time, unlike the humans they were not scared out of their lands and they still kept a tight hold on them despite what the English was attempting to do.
It wasn’t until the year of 1939 that the O’Connell clan was officially scattered across the globe. It started when Marcus was killed by his own brother, Ethan, so that he could gain control over the pack. Ethan had odd views on how to deal with the humans and in particular Hitler. Those of the pack that decided to join Ethan in the war against the Germans and go to the different places to sign up for the army, went with him while Marianne and Regina helped split the pack in half for those of the clan that wanted to go with them to the America.
In 1941, Marianne’s cousin James was captured and placed in a P.O.W concentration camp where he was dissected by the scientists after he had died, as his genetic make up was quite different than the humans that they had in there. In finding out what he was, they were fascinated, as in life they had tested a variety of things off against his system. AIDS, HIV, etc. When the werewolves found out about this, the ones in the war helping the English and so on, pulled out to come back for one final meet in which they decided to scatter the pack across the globe. The two alphas of the separate O’Connell clans agreed upon this, and from that point on, they’ve been scattered across the globe.
In 1945, naturally, the information that the scientists had gathered on the werewolf genetics had all but been destroyed. After all, they didn’t want the Americans to get a hold of it.
Since 1945, until now, Marianne O’Connell has been separated from her family and now lives in Mayham. They thought it best to split up and go their separate ways, to protect themselves better and so the humans would not find out about them. Marianne currently has no mate. From 1945 onward, she has run a local bar and tends to keep her nose in her own business unless someone brings it into her bar. In this Supernatural town, its no wonder that she has been able to live a relatively normal life without question as to why she hasn’t aged one little bit. Yet another gift of being able to change from human to wolf, the aging process is all but stopped.
In 1946, Marianne met a man named Christian whom she had sexual relations with off and on again. They have had an off and on again relationship since that time frame, until she cut him off completely. She officially told him that she was not doing anything else with him right around five years ago.
Five years ago, she met another werewolf. During that the one year that they spent in each other's company, Marianne gave birth to a son whom she named Allaister Brendon O'Connor. The last name his father's and it wasn't long after he was born that she left, feeling that her son, and his father, were better off without her since it was up in the air as to where she was going to be.
